Some people want support in the comfort of their own homes for many reasons. I can offer both Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching Sessions via Skype simply and effectively.  It takes a little longer to set up for first session if you don't already have Skype and Pay Pal.  However once you have the process couldn't be simpler.

• Email me about the issue you want to discuss.  We can decide together whether Life Coaching or Hypnotherapy is best for you and arrange a time to talk.  

• Download Skype for free, if you don't already have it.  Free calls via the internet.

• webcam

• headset with microphone, but this is not essential
